Love & Holidays
My Mum and Dad have been married for 25 years this year. That is incredible in this day and age. So...they decided to renew their vows.
The whole family, extended an' all went down to Laugharne in Carmarthenshire where my parents hired out two beautifully converted barns to be there for the ceremony on 12th May.
Unfortunately it rained on the day so we couldn't have the BBQ and garen party that we had planned on but the barns were huuuuge so there was more than enough room for a good party.
There was nearly 30 people in total, most stayed for the weekend and then 9 of us stayed for the whole week. The local area is beautiful, field and beach everywhere you look. I took a tonne of photos.
Unfortunately I didn't take as many as I would have liked on the day of the ceremony, I think I'm still a bit uncomfortable snapping at events, I definitely prefer a more casual setting. I'm not posting more than these two here as they're just for the family.

Yesterday my sister moved out of my parent's and into her new home that has a pink brick shed, this is my mum stood in front of it.
The Kitchen: Baking
At the weekend I baked orange and poppyseed cupcakes with orange mascarpone frosting. It was the prettiest cupcake mix and the frosting was a-mazing.
